Westover Studios LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the PuzzlePic mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. We also collect your gameplay data, including puzzle results, scores, streaks, and guesses, in order to operate the game and display your statistics. If you participate in Squad mode, we collect the photos you upload and the hints you provide for use within your squad.

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements to users who have not purchased the ad-free version of the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the App, display your game statistics, enable multiplayer features including Head to Head and Squad modes, send push notifications about game activity, and serve advertisements.

Data Storage

Your account and gameplay data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications to alert you about game activity such as your turn in a Head to Head game or a new Squad round. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Children’s Privacy

PuzzlePic is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@westoverstudiosllc.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
